With our Chopped cooking camp, your young chef will learn to work with the flavors of a region known for its food’s freshness and diversity. Our chefs offer colorful international favorites, unique takes on American classics, and delicious fusions of the two. This camp will offer your Junior Chef a valuable set of culinary techniques to move them along in their kitchen education. Knife Skills, Cooking Meat to Perfection (Pan-Roasted Chicken) Making Flavorful Pan Sauces (Classic Chicken Gravy) Roasting Vegetables (Roasted Potatoes + Seasonal Vegetables) Blanching Green Vegetables ending with a Chopped Competition on the last day of camp with ingredients from a mystery basket.
